FARMING EFFORTS

    Chickens

    Our mixed breed laying flock is organically raised on cover cropped runs. Their eggs vary in color and sizes.

    We rotationally graze our hardy Icelandic sheep, known for their thick wool and adaptability to rugged climates.

OPENS EARLY SPRING, WHEN THE DAFFODILS FIRST BLOOM, AND CLOSES WITH THE ARRIVAL OF AUTUMN’S CHILL AND THE FIRST WHISPERS OF FROST.
